This tool uses ordered vs observed speed as an apparent slip proxy for noon screening. True slip needs wake fraction / propeller data from trials.

What is a good performance index here?

Scores above ~85–90% typically mean speed is close to ordered with moderate slip. Always compare to shop trial / sea trial baselines in Actinium-sm.
